The campsite committee has been formed to assist Ian Egerton by having four groups who each deal with specific aspects of the site running. The manager of chair of each of these groups form the committee under Ian Egerton who chairs it.
Admin Group: The Campsite Administration Officer or P.A. to G.O.D. runs this group. This is Tiffany Howard. She has the assistance of and input from, Ian Saxby re booking in, Kieth re weapons checking, Adam Garner re characters and Sally Mayne (publicity).
Bar Group: Trevor Garman has run the bar for a while and now, probably to his suprise, finds he is running this group. his task is simply to advise the campsite committee what the bar is doing re opening times etc. Boo Hart, Loki and Louise are also on this group.
Catering Group: Jo Stephens does pretty much the same task that Trev. does for the bar. She also oversees the 'kitchen' having a health and hygene certificate. Her boyfriend, whose name I must find out, and Iain Shadwell are also on this group. (So far their assets are a big pot, three stoves and a small BBQ.)
First Aid: Run by Sandra who lets Admin know who is abvailable. She will also try and sort out designated drivers. As there are others who have first aid certificates or are willing to be a designated driver so they become part of this group for the festival.
